We welcome production proposals! Please fill out our Show Proposal Form and submit it to us at program@mtow.org.
 

How the Proposal Process Works:

MTW operates on a seasonal programming model, meaning we select shows for an entire season at once. Each season begins with the Fall Show and ends with Short Shakes in August, including:

• Fall Show

• Winter Show

• Apple Blossom Musical

• June Show
   

Proposal Submission Timeline:

Proposals for each season are accepted from January 1 through October 1 of the preceding calendar year.

• Example: To propose a show for the 2026-2027 season (starting Fall 2026), submit your proposal between January 1 and October 1, 2025.
