Music Theatre of Wenatchee

Professional Quality Community Theatre Since 1961

MTW will hold its annual meeting of the general membership on Sunday, January 22, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 PM at the Riverside Playhouse.  Come on down for some delicious food, great conversation, a review of 2022, and a preview of what's coming up next for MTW!  The entertainment will include All Is Calm, Shrek The Musical, and MTW's 2023 Christmas Play, A Twisted Christmas Carol!

We may be repeating ourselves - but we need everyone to know:

There will be no performances on December 15, 16, or 17.

With much regret we must inform you that due to illness in the cast and an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our patrons we must postpone the final 4 shows of "All Is Calm, the Christmas Truce of 1914" at the Riverside Playhouse.

- But don’t worry! Your tickets are still good!

We will instead present the show on

7:30 Friday January 27

2pm Saturday January 28

7:30 pm Saturday January 28

2pm Sunday January 29

Tickets will not go back on sale to the public till January 7th
If you have purchased tickets for one of the postponed shows, we will automatically transfer your original reserved seats as follows:

Thursday (Dec 15) - move to Sunday matinee at 2pm

Friday (Dec 16) - move to Friday January 27

Saturday (Dec 17) 2pm Matinee - move to Saturday Jan 28 at 2pm

Saturday (Dec 17) 7:30 Evening show - move to Saturday Jan 28 at 7:30pm

If you cannot attend on the new date, we can move you to open seats on another date as requested and available. Please reply to this email ASAP and we will accommodate your request. We appreciate your patience as your request may take a few days to process. (The Saturday matinee was sold out so we will not be able to move tickets to that date unless seats open up.)

More important information:

  • If none of these dates work for you, you may opt to donate your tickets. Simply reply to this email and your tickets will be donated back to resell when tickets go back on sale to the general public after January 7. Music Theatre of Wenatchee is an all-volunteer non-profit organization and we appreciate your support!

We will honor any original ticket from Dec 15, 16, or 17 at the door if there is seating available. There is no guarantee of seating in the event of a sold out show, so your best option is to attend the new performance as assigned or reply to this email before January 7 for new reserved seats. *Please note that the Saturday matinee is sold out, and no seats will open for that show unless other ticket holders move their reservation.

  • If you cannot attend any of the new dates and wish to be credited (face value only) you can visit the Numerica PAC box office before January 7th at 123 N. Wenatchee Avenue with your tickets in hand.
